Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at organicbigha25@gmail.com or call +91 9084450749.
After Dispatch
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Return Policy.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
- The product has quality or packaging issues at the time of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product via email or phone with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Step 2: Approval & Pickup
Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup or request that you ship the item back to us. Return shipping instructions will be provided.
Step 3: Inspection & Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable agricultural goods once opened or used
- Customized or special-order products
- Items returned without prior authorization
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at organicbigha25@gmail.com for assistance.
Exchange Policy
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
